The Audience

Age: 54 and Below
Education: majority are math degrees a lot of PHDs and docterate
Why do they join: People join the foundation at different points in their life. Many have diverse backgrounds in education and government and have also worked in foundations. Others have run non-profits with a career in SME public policies with it a mission they believe in. The number one reason people join the foundation is for its capacity to make change and to become change makers. Quality serves as the backbone to the foundation and with it new hires join knowing that they will have the opportunity to learn things they can only get at the foundation creating a unique value proposition.
Tone of Voice: Connected to the mission, informal yet with a corporate polish. Conversational in nature. Academic and friendly. Respect and reverence for the work done are upheld including in their community. Approachability, collaborative, team based traits are embodied in the foundations culture.
